Johan Kriek
Johan Kriek is a certified tour operator and guide, who, for more than 40 years has been sharing his passion for travel in 4×4’s and on motorcycles through the vast wilderness of South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi and Tanzania.
His liking for classic vehicles is in perfect balance with his knowledge of the African flora and fauna.
From a very young age Johan holidayed with his parents in the now world famous Kruger National Park, as well as travelled to visit friends and family in the semi-desert plains of the mighty Karoo.
Those intimate bush holidays and travels across wide open spaces were the building blocks that set alight his love for travelling and exploring the great outdoors of Southern Africa.

Johan is married to Hellen, and between them they have 3 children and 6 grandchildren
Michiel Van Dam
Groepsreizen NL zijn georganiseerd door Johan Kriek en de reisjournalist en Zuid-Afrikakenner Michiel van Dam.
Vanaf zijn eerste bezoek in 1988 is Michiel van Dam (Amsterdam, 1961) verknocht aan Zuidelijk Afrika. Sinds 1990 trekt hij als reisreporter over de wereld, maar het liefste rijdt hij op een motorfiets door het binnenland van Zuid-Afrika- het land waar hij met passie en kennis van zaken over schrijft.
Michiel is altijd te porren voor een verhaal over geschiedenis of cultuur en voor een smakelijk lokaal gerecht.
